When it comes time for you to depart, please visit the reception desk and notify them of your departure. If you are departing prior to reception hours, we kindly ask you to leave the key in the after-hours drop box. If you have a car park, you will need to head down to the car park basement. Remove your car from the car park and head to ground floor, exit the lift and drive forward towards the gates. Just before you exit you will see a drop box on your right hand side marked keys here - please put your car park remote in there before driving out. Please inform Guest Reception if you are scheduled for an early departure or should you require assistance with your luggage. Advance notice is appreciated. Please note that late check out requests cannot be guaranteed and should always be confirmed the day prior to departure.

All guests have the right to a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Any guest found disrupting other guests within our property, engaging in acts of vandalism, property damage, dangerous, antisocial, unruly and/or illegal behaviour, Or any guests breaching Terms & Conditions will be terminated from District South Yarra. NO refund will be given for shortened lengths of stay.The guest will be liable for payment of all costs associated with repair or replacement of any items or damage within the apartment or common areas. Adults are responsible for their children and their actions at all times.

As District South Yarra has a mix of owner occupiers and short stay guests, we kindly ask that you be mindful of noise after 9pm each night so that all guests/residents can have a pleasant evening! If someone else in the building is being disruptive, please contact us on 03 8825 8488 at any time (our night team is on call) so we can attend to the issue. We have zero tolerance with parties, if the manager is called, you may be evicted at any time and the security bond will be retained.

A complimentary mid-stay service clean and linen change is provided for stays of 7 nights or more. This service encompasses a full linen change with beds made, fresh towels, the resupply of toiletries and removal of rubbish. Should you require such a service or any additional housekeeping, this can be organised through Reception for an additional fee. Extra Service - One bedroom $35 & Two bedroom $45 & Three bedroom $60 Extra Full Clean Charges - One Bedroom $45 & Two Bedroom $75 & Three Bedroom $90.

There is a rubbish chute located in a labeled cupboard on each floor. Place large items & boxes inside the cabinet & not inside the chute otherwise this will cause a blockage.

Smoking is strictly Prohibited in the apartments, please use balconies for smoking with the sliding door closed to the apartment & utilise the ashtrays provided. If smoking is evident in your apartment, a minimum $200 fee will be charged.

If you encounter any faulty equipment during your stay we would appreciate you advising Reception. This would allow us to rectify the problem promptly thereby avoiding disappointing other guests. If for some reason you are dissatisfied about equipment or services within the apartment please do not hesitate to inform us. This feedback allows us to constantly improve our services.

Five Senses provide the bulk of the beans and the menu includes espresso, filter coffee and Aeropress.The menu is impressive but down to earth, with dishes such as house-made Bircher muesli and a Spanish omelette with apple relish and chorizo. They do everything they can in house.

France Soir

France Soir has been busy every night since it opened in 1986. The character and atmosphere here is hard to replicate. The pizza dough here is exceptional, with that light and fluffy burnished crust that makes us feel all the things. Plus, theres a whole vegan range and any base can be made gluten free. The antipasti range features bolognese arancini and the fresh handmade pasta is also worthy of a giant *chefs kiss*.

Oriental Teahouse is one such revolutionist, taking well-known Chinese yum cha dishes and flipping them on their head. The standard dim sum flavours are available, but then theres dumplings stuffed with chilli wagyu beef, flame thrower pulled pork, roast duck and even white chocolate. Fun sharing plates take up a huge chunk of the menu, as do plant-based dishes. Like the food, the space is also contemporary and slick with industrial lighting and stark concrete walls splashed with vibrant artwork and neon lights.

Shadow Boxer

Shadowboxer is a wine bar and modern Australian restaurant in South Yarra. They are passionate about an exclusively Australian wine list as they are about their rolling, seasonal food menu. The beer list is also entirely Australian, and the spirit menu features independent producers such as Starward Whisky and Applewood Distillery.Set within an original terrace house built in 1895, Shadowboxer is a relaxed yet refined space with a sunny two-tiered terrace out front, and two dining spaces inside with banquette seating.

If you feel like eating in, download the Uber eats, Foodora or Deliveroo apps and you can have pretty much any restaurant deliver their food to your door. This is a great service.
